Hey there! We’re Ryan and Jane Heaton, the husband-and-wife duo behind Address Only.

Our story started right out of our home in Northern Utah with a simple, undeniable realization: an address is so much more than just a random set of numbers on a curb. It’s how your packages find their way, how friends find your front door, and most importantly, how emergency drivers spot your house when every single second matters.

That mission drives everything we do. We have a massive, deep-rooted respect for the first responders, police officers, and firefighters who show up on our hardest days. We built Address Only to make their jobs easier, eliminate the guesswork, and protect families across Utah, Nevada, and beyond by making homes impossible to miss.

Ryan actually started working with address signage when he was just 15 years old. Fast forward through years of marriage, shared grit, and a joint entrepreneurial drive, and we decided to pool our talents to build something that genuinely matters. As the co-founders, we handle the strategy and execution together—combining Ryan’s hands-on industry expertise with our shared obsession for quality.

Safety shouldn't be flimsy. We make every single address tile, house plaque, and yard stake entirely in-house using ultra-durable, stop-sign-grade material engineered to handle the harshest weather. We handle everything ourselves, and we’ve brought on an amazing team to help us ensure that absolutely everyone can be found!
