Hey there! We’re Ryan and Jane Heaton, the husband-and-wife duo behind Address Only.

Our story started right out of our home in Northern Utah with a simple realization: an address is so much more than just a random set of numbers. It’s how your packages find their way, how friends find your front door, and most importantly, how emergency drivers spot your house when every second matters.

This mission hits incredibly close to home for us. Jane is a breast cancer survivor currently in remission, and Ryan has navigated his own path with mental health challenges. Going through those heavy, life-changing seasons completely rewrote how we look at emergency readiness. We know firsthand what it feels like to wait on a prayer for help to arrive, and we have a massive, deep-rooted respect for the first responders and law enforcement officers who show up on our darkest days. We truly do this to make their jobs easier and to protect families like yours.

Ryan actually started working with address signage when he was just 15 years old. Fast forward through a lot of life, marriage, and some of our hardest trials, and we decided to pool our talents to build something that genuinely matters. We bought our own industrial printers, and today, Ryan is the muscle and Jane is the brain! We are obsessed with quality because safety shouldn't be flimsy. We make every single address tile completely in-house using ultra-durable, stop-sign-grade material that handles the craziest Utah weather. We still handle the professional installations ourselves, and we’ve brought on an amazing team to help us ensure that absolutely everyone can be found.
